NewDeal Green PC Systems, Inc. works with the Community Rebirth Organization PlanÔ (CROPÔ) - Action Team and the NEWDEAL GREEN PC SYSTEMS TEAM PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR NEEDY CITIZENS TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE INTERNET COMPUTER ACCESS TECHNOLOGY VIA THE CROPÔ - Action Team - BREADBOX-NEWDEAL GREEN-PPC SYSTEMS (i.e. GREEN - LEGACY PERSONAL COMPUTER - REUSE) PROGRAM.

Under the NewDeal Green-PC Systems Team Program, Allied Trades and Building Construction Conservation Crafts Association an Empowerment Zone - Enterprise Community based, 501(c3) independent apprenticeship education services CROPÔ - Action Team member organization, that is a certified federal government excess property recipient agency, works with the United Block Captain's Association Community Trust, Block and Community Associations under Executive Order 12999 and Tax Law Provisions to make available to needy citizens micro-computers that otherwise would have ended up in landfills. The Youth and Family - Earn A Computer Project is based on a mutual responsibility contract between the recipient family and the Allied Trades and Building Construction Conservation Crafts Association and the United Block Captain's Association Community Trust.
